Vive is a modular construction remote designed for Autec. The remote is intended to streamline their current part inventory while still offering the same variety of button configurations their clientele requires. The project was promoted by a competition run through Desall and sponsored by Autec.

The brief asked for a single-handed modular remote that would fit into their current product line. The complete remote assembly were required to feature an e-stop, screen, 4-button base module, and three additional two-button modules. Additional requirements were a safety wrist strap and an IP65 certified seal.
