Elysium is a cult-themed Halloween horror maze concept designed for the 2023 Haunt Comp competition. Inspired by this year’s prompt ‘Oops’, guests embark on a hypnotic descent into the cult, inadvertently becoming entangled in their organization. This project took place over the course of two months involving five key deliverables: a written storyline, visual development, maze layout, schematics, and a stunt proposal. 

In this project, I served as the project manager, concept writer, and presentation designer. It was an honor to work alongside an incredibly talented group of designers to bring this project to life (or raise it from the dead). Our visual development team was led by Brianna Proud and Alexander Vu, Maricela Cedillo was responsible for our character design, and Karolyn Troutman developed the layout and schematics for our maze.
