The speaker is a hand modeled prototype. It is created using 15lbs polyurethane foam. The main body of the drone is shaped using the band saw, scroll saw, mill, and sander in our workshop. The buttons of the speaker are outsourced parts that functionally click. The side panels of the speaker are laser cut from acrylic panels and color changing lights were added behind the mesh.
